We are pleased to bring you this Indian inspired Christmas meal for the festive season. The aim of this project was to fuse together our relationship with Nila Ross-Patel who is now our ambassador for iQ Grills which we have recently become the UK Distributor for.
We love to use the best and local produce where possible, for this dish we used meat from Philip Warren Butcher's from Launceston as always, and married up the recipe with other products we stock in our showroom. Who says you can't cook a Christmas meal outside! We had such a great day filming and shooting these dishes. Over the past month we have started working with Coastin Media from Barnstaple, Jodie and Paul have been a real pleasure to work with, they have been looking after our social media accounts to bring you the best of what we have to offer.
