Do you want to spend the day with us cooking up some beautiful dishes with family and friends? We can tailor this to suit you needs and requirements. Is there an alfresco dish you have always wanted to learn or flavours you have been wanting to replicate, then our experts can take you through this. Learn the skills and feel confident to cook for your guests. Whether you are a group of fiends, work colleges or a celebratory group let us be your hosts! Welcome drink on arrival from our famous Gin Trolley and snack. Enjoy the food you have cooked throughout the day with drinks on hand in a relaxed environment. Get hands on experience with equipment and foods on offer with a relaxed lunch, learn together as a group and share experiences. This masterclass will offer a hands-on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, including aprons, refreshments throughout the day and recipes to take home and replicate. You will get to try new and exciting flavours thanks to the introduction of various types of Wood, Charcoal and Gas, including the many rubs and sauces in which we stock. Up to 4 x people £700.00, extra guests charged at £100 per person. We will break during the day for 45 minutes - 1 hour to enjoy eating your food with wine. Unless the weather is extraordinarily wild, classes go ahead come rain or shine so please come with warm layers, waterproofs if necessary, and close-toed shoes.
