Mango Glazed Chipolatas


Ingredients

15 Chipolatas

1 x Jar of your favourite Mango Chutney

1 x Tbsp Chilli Oil (optional, plain oil also works well if you don’t want any

extra heat)

Sea Salt







Method:

1. Place the Chipolatas into a skillet dish on the BBQ and cook through,

these are best cooked in a pan or skillet.

2. Mix the mango chutney and oil together in a small bowl, then brush the

Chipolatas with the mix liberally.

Warm any excess mix and pour over.
