Now that spring is on the way, we’ll be making the most of the long days to come. It's great to see some better weather and every day offers that little bit more daylight. We are loving the promise of warmer days and nights and can’t wait to embrace it with some incredible cook-ups. Our veggie patch is growing nicely; we’ll be harvesting fresh ingredients to bring to our cooking demos over the coming months. Growing your own is a great way to fully embrace the outdoor eating ethos. What better than being able to walk just a few steps for fresh produce, and it’s a great way to children involved as well.
While summer may currently seem a little way off, now is a great time to start planning. We believe that life is so much better when spending it outdoors for many reasons, not least of which is your health and wellbeing – think of all that vitamin D you could be soaking up. Not ones to rest on our laurels, we’re all booked to go to the Chelsea Flower Show in May.
